#11 (Wednesday, 07 July 2010 09:16) Clark I think the Lisa Fernandez Lite is going to be like the b1 and b2 were like with little league when no one really new what a combat was. These bats work well with those soft rec softballs, the younger girls use. I think you are going to be one of the first to start a trend. It makes me happy to hear your daughter is doing so well. #10 (Wednesday, 07 July 2010 02:03) I bought a Combat LFFP3 29/17 -12 for our daughter and it is so noticeably different from other bats it should almost be illegal!! After a mediocre rec-ball season, she went on a tear when we got her the new Lisa Fernandez bat. She started out on a serious 10 for 10 streak in her first two tournaments, and then came back down to earth and finished at .685 with three HRs in the remaining 4 tournaments. I lost count of the all the doubles and triples. She was hands down the hardest hitter on her 8U fastpitch team. Honestly didn't see any sort of difference in her hitting game until we changed her bat. Her confidence is sky high and can adjust easily to different pitchers' speed and delivery. Her swing coupled with a nicely designed ComBat made it easy and fun for her. I would recommend this line to any up and coming fastpitch softball player.
