A big part of my offensive game and success is having sound mechanics to my swing. The drill that I’ve used most throughout my career from college to the Olympics has been doing one arms off a tee or off front toss. I used to have to improvise by choking up on my game bat, now there’s something to help the training be more efficient and concentrated. One arm trainers have by far been a key component to the success I’ve had as an offensive player.”
