Time Frame

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange your new and unused product.

Conditions

Returned items must be unused, brand new and the packaging in new condition, with all mfg. tags attached.
• Bats must be in original plastic shrink wrapping. Bats no longer in plastic shrink wrap will be refused returned via freight collect.
• Batting Gloves and Equipment Bags must be unused and still in original packaging.
• Hats must be clean and not worn.
• Footwear must not be worn.
Custom and/or Special Order items may not be returned.

“Free Shipping” assumes you are going to keep your item(s). If your item is returned, shipping expenses we incurred will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fee may apply.

Warranty replacement bats are not returnable or exchangeable
